Eventuall is a platform for virtual and hybrid events that seeks to increase the engagement of its attendees through several functions including high-quality video streaming, chat, on-camera networking, photo booths, and on-demand event content. The solution allows their customers to seamlessly run virtual & hybrid events the way event planners produce live events.
The client needed their streaming platform solution to be stable and scalable to generate events without system downtime, being able to support a large number of participants with high quality of the video and without impacting the product's ease-of-use for non-IT professionals.
When the team started on the project, the platform required significant manual work to support each new customer and each event, which limited the possibilities. In order to enhance the experience and provide a more scalable streaming platform, the team worked to add new functionality allowing:
After several months working with the client, the team has built out many areas of the platform and has added value to different aspects, taking ownership of both the Front and Back-End of the platform.
All this process has received the constant support of the client's CTO, Jonathan Fontanez, who helps and guides the project decisions at a code level.
At the same time, we continued to collaborate with the client to perform Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, ensuring attention to the details collectively.
We work on everything that is QA co-built with the client reviewing usage and details.
A solid battle-tested streaming platform that’s scalable enough to host dozens of simultaneous virtual and hybrid events for tens of thousands of attendees, with several video features that elevate the participants’ experience, and event producer controls that are super easy to use even under the stress of high-stakes events.
Today, the stability of the platform makes it possible to successfully hold events for over 10,000 concurrent attendees.

Challenges in communication and management with the client, where the help of the People Operations Manager was indispensable.
The need to be agile and efficient with delivery, ensuring quality and adding value to our client constantly and quickly, which is why the Delivery Manager had a great impact.
